If the question in the title of this article seems a bit strange, please think again!

You might suppose that anybody wanting to start a free podcast about Internet marketing should first of all have some experience of making money on the Internet, right?

Actually, no, not necessarily! And here's why.

Of course, it would be a definite asset to your business podcast if you already have a lot of experience as a successful Internet marketer and are planning to use your podcast as part of a training package for your subscribers.

However, even if you lack those credentials there is no reason why you cannot make a successful podcast around the theme of Internet marketing.

Both the expert and the beginner can present useful information about Internet marketing to an interested audience. Each is able to provide a helpful and enjoyable online business podcast from his or her own perspective.

While experienced Internet marketers will be able to use their expertise in their podcasts, inexperienced Internet marketers will be able to use their LACK of experience as the starting point for the themes of their podcasts and use the podcast as a medium of exploration to try and fill in the gaps in their knowledge.

The experienced Internet marketing podcaster is like your teacher or coach whereas the inexperienced newbie is like a friend or companion.

The Podcaster As Teacher
This is the most common format for business podcasting. The podcaster-as-teacher is someone who comes over as having a lot of experience of Internet marketing and who is willing to share that experience with you to help you move forward with your own online business. He is the expert and we draw upon his knowledge to improve our own Internet marketing performance.

The podcaster as teacher offers us a lot of free podcast content, but will very likely also offer a paid subscription upgrade where we can access much more detailed information.

The Podcaster As Learner
The newbie Internet marketing podcaster is more like a fellow-learner, someone who is not afraid to ask the "dumb questions" and who can share with you every mistake, blunder and new discovery and have a lot of fun while learning the ropes. A business podcast hosted by an Internet marketing newbie would ideally adopt a "heuristic" approach to its material - that is, the podcaster would "learn through experience", finding what works and what doesn't by trial and error.

Build Your Reputation As An Internet Business Podcaster
For the newbie, it is probably too early to try and add an upgrade option to the free podcast because you are clearly not in any position to brand yourself as an expert just yet.

What you can do, however, is seek out some successful Internet marketers who are experts in their field and try to set up an interview with each of them using Skype.

You can lead up to this by joining some online business forums and getting to know the established marketers who use the forums. Then, when you feel you are ready, send them a private message on the forum asking if they would be interested in being interviewed for your podcast.

This will add some great content to your podcast, and help to build your own reputation as well. After you have been podcasting for about a year you should have gained enough experience of Internet marketing to move you well beyond the "newbie" stage; you will be well on your way to branding yourself as an expert in the field. Your subscribers are now likely to be a mixture of faithful followers and a new generation of newbies.

You will also notice that you are beginning to speak with more authority based on your accumulated experience.

Keep podcasting for another year and during that time start developing some detailed training courses that you can launch as special upgrade services as you move into your third year of podcasting. You will now have established yourself as an expert Internet business podcaster.

Ignorance Is Bliss
So, if you are an Internet marketing newbie and are looking for a good way to start "building your brand", I suggest that you think about setting up a podcast related to your Internet business niche and podcast about all the Internet marketing techniques that you don't know about! You will discover that Internet marketing "ignorance" can be transformed into free podcasting "bliss"!

  3. Pick relevant keywords. If you want your article to be found it's crucial to first know what people are searching for. Good keywords will make sure that your intended audience finds your content more easily.

Always keep in mind that your goal should always be to create content that is useful to other people. If the content you create is informative and helpful, people will share it, which will help you bring more visitors to your web site. If you follow the steps above, it will become much easier to gain more quality traffic from social bookmarking sites.

I used to think Facebook was just a way for people

Tip Mudah Ramaikan Followers Di Twitter dan $$$

Selain facebook,Twitter juga merupakan salah satu website social marketing yang terkenal dan menerima lebih daripada 10 juta member baru setiap bulan.Ramai internet marketer yang lain menggunakan twitter sebagai sumber traffik untuk menjana pendapatan di website/blog mereka.

Disini,aku nak kongsi dan tunjukkan macam mana nak dapatkan followers yang ramai dalam masa yang singkat di twitter.Kalau korang masih belum mempunyai akaun twitter,boleh la daftar dekat www.twitter.com

Dengan bilangan follower yang ramai,korang boleh menghantar tweet kepada semua follower korang dan follower mereka.Korang perlu ada bilangan follower paling minumum 2000 orang sebelum mula menghantar tweet2 tersebut.Jom Ikut kaedah dibawah untuk menambahkan bilangan follower twitter korang.

Langkah Pertama :


Layari twittercounter.com/pages/100.Disini korang akan diberi list pemegang akaun twitter top-100. Mereka semua mempunyai beribu-ribu followers. Pilih 10 orang dari list tersebut.Pastikan 10 orang ini mempunyai bilangan follower 20,000 - 30,000 orang atau lebih.


Langkah Kedua :

Buka 10 tab dalam browser Firefox korang.Dalam setiap tab buka satu profile yang korang pilih dalam langkah pertama.

Langkah Ketiga :

Follow semua profile2 tersebut satu-persatu.Setiap kali korang follow mereka, akaun twitter korang akan berada di tempat pertama dalam list follower mereka. Oleh itu, sesiapa yang follow mereka (10 account tersebut) akan follow korang juga. Proses ini boleh berterusan seperti system matrix, follower mereka pun akan follow korang.Dan lebih bagus tweet korang akan dapat dilihat oleh follower mereka juga.

Langkah Keempat :

Selepas follow semua 10 profile tersebut tunggu selama 15 - 20 minit dan kemudian unfollow semua. Masa ini akan membolehkan kebanyakkan follower2 semua 10 profile tersebut follow akaun twitter korang. Tunggu selama 10 minit lagi dan follow mereka sekali lagi (seperti langkah ketiga)

Prosesnya :

Follow 10 akaun ----- (selepas 15-20minit)-----> unfollow-----(selepas 10minit)-----> follow sekali lagi.

Buat proses ini sebanyak 3 kali dan korang akan dapat lebih daripada 2000 follower dengan mudah!


Langkah Kelima (menjana RM/$$) :

Aku andaikan Sekarang korang sudah mempunyai lebih daripada 2000 follower, seterusnya korang akan menghantar 3 tweet sehari kepada mereka semua mengenai website atau blog korang.Jangan hantar lebih dari 3 tweet kali sehari kerana kebanyakkan mereka akan fikir korang sedang melakukan spam dan secara automatiknya mereka akan unfollow korang.

Korang boleh membuka lebih banyak akaun twitter dan menambah lagi bilangan follower.Lebih ramai follower maka lebih banyak traffik dan $$!!

Apa perasaan anda jika.............

Apa pendapat andai jika setiap kali buka komputer, setiap kali bangun pagi, buka email, anda melihat tajuk email yang anda terima didalam inbox email anda seperti berikut:

1.  Hari ini RM65 telah dimasukkan dalam akaun anda.
2.  Rakan anda telah mengembangkan network anda, anda menerima RM3.50
3. Maybank2u Alert: RM480 telah dipindahkan ke akaun anda.
4. Maybank2u Alert: RM1500 telah dipindahkan ke dalam akaun anda: Tempahan membina website

Dan yang menariknya anda bukan menerima, satu email sahaja seperti itu, tetapi berpuluh, beratus dan kadang2 beribu email tersebut, dan yang seronoknya ketika anda membuka email di depan laptop tersebut adalah pada pukul 9.30 pagi hari isnin, di atas meja rumah anda, dengan secawan kopi dan telur setengah masak dua biji. Sesekali anda memandang keluar dan terlihat orang2 berpusu-pusu pergi kerja, kereta jem sana sini, dan anda kembali semula ke laptop untuk melihat jumlah komisyen yang anda terima semalam. Jangan fikirkan tentang berapa nak dapat semasa anda belajar ilmu marketing, ramai yang risau, " saya dah masuk GDI, tapi masih tak dapat downline lagi", "Saya dah join bisnis ni, tapi tak ada hasil pun", "Tujuan saya masuk bisnes ni untuk dapat untung besar"

Saya suka berikan contoh, keadaan seperti ini sama seperti, seseorang yang sentiasa fikir nak gaji tinggi, tapi tak mahu masuk sekolah atau tak mahu belajar rajin2. Gaji tinggi adalah "HASIL" dan belajar rajin2 adalah "TINDAKKAN". Kita tak boleh pilih hasil tetapi kita mempunyai keupayaan yang diberikan oleh Tuhan untuk memilih TINDAKKAN.

Satu pepatah Cina memberitahu "Kalau sebuk memenuhkan kepala kita kenyang, kalau sebuk memenuhkan perut kita lapar". Maksudnya kalau seseorang itu sebuk mendalami dan mencari ilmu yang berguna, dia akan sentiasa kenyang atau murah rezeki, tetapi jika seseorang sebuk bekerja tanpa ilmu, dia akan sering mendapat pulangan yang sedikit.

Anda tidak boleh memilih masuk syurga, tetapi anda boleh memilih untuk berkelakuan baik. Anda tidak boleh menjadi jaguh badminon terkenal, tetapi anda boleh memilih untuk berlatih bersungguh-sungguh digelanggang badminton. Anda tidak boleh memiliki rambut yang pendek, tetapi anda boleh memilih untuk menggunting rambut. Anda tidak boleh memilih untuk kenyang, tetapi anda boleh memilih untuk makan nasi dua pinggan. Anda tidak boleh memilih untuk memiliki perniagaan yang maju, tetapi anda boleh memilih untuk mendalami ilmu pnegurusan perniagaan yang betul.

Anda tidak boleh memilih untuk mendapat downline yang ramai, anda tidak boleh memilih untuk menerima tajuk email seperti diatas, TETAPI ANDA BOLEH MEMILIH UNTUK BELAJAR ILMU PROMOSI YANG BETUL.

Anda tidak boleh memilih HASIL, tetapi anda boleh pilih TINDAKAN YANG BETUL.

Jika kita memilih TINDAKKAN YANG SALAH, lagi laju kita bertindak, lagi cepat kita sampai ketempat yang SALAH. Itulah peranan AKAL yang diberikan olehNya, untuk memilih TINDAKKAN YANG BETUL.

Silibus untuk menjadi internet marketer....


Cuba lihat apa silibus mata pelajaran untuk mencapai tahap internet marketer.

1. Mampu membuat website sendiri.

2. Bagaimana konsep membuat website supaya dapat menarik traffic yang tinggi. Sebelum ini saya sudah terangkan konsepnya adalah "Percuma" dan "Berfaedah"

3. Tahu menggunakan webform. Lihat, google, facebook, yahoo, wikipedia, Windowlife, Twitter, etc, kesemua website ini percuma dan berfaedah, tetapi untuk memiliki gmail percuma sekali pun anda kena daftar semua maklumat kedalam webform mereka. Ia "percuma" dengan bayaran "data anda".

4. Tahu menjadikan website anda berbentuk Viral, dimana ahli atau subscriber anda dengan sendirinya tolong mempromosikan website anda, maka ia akan menjadi autopilot.

5. Tahu menggunakan email kempen. Jika anda daftar didalam facebook atau twitter atau myspace, selepas anda mendaftar, ada tak mereka suruh anda periksa email anda untuk mengaktifkan link yang mereka beri. Itu kerja autoresponder, dan selepas itu anda akan mendapat beberapa email yang lain, itu adalah email kempen.

6. Bagaimana berinteraksi dengan pelanggan. Walau pun didalam email, kita perlu berhemah jika tidak email kempen kita atau pertuturan dalam email kita hanya akan menjauhkan pelanggan dari kita.

Itu adalah sebahagian besar dari silibus pelajaran untuk menjadi Internet Marketer. Tidak ada satu universiti dalam dunia yang mengajar subjek tersebut, kecuali anda sendiri belajar dengan real internet markter. Itu pun jika mereka sudi mengajar.

Cuma perbezaan untuk mendapatkan ijazah internet marketer berbanding dengan ijazah diuniversiti tempatan adalah untuk ke universiti anda perlukan duit, tinggal keluarga, mohon biasiswa dan bayar balik ptptn. Kena pergi kuliah, kena buat praktikal yang kadang2 tak berbayar pun, dan kesudahnya jadi jaga (seperti lapuran akbar 3 tahun lepas, jaga ada 2 master). Tetapi untuk mempelajari dan mendapatkan ijazah internet marketer, anda hanya perlu duduk dirumah, luangkan masa mengadap dua pensyarah iaitu Prof. Google dan Prof. Youtube dan banyak website lain yang berfungsi sebagai tutor. Itu sahaja modalnya. Apabila sudah tamat, barulah anda menjadi internet marketer yang sebenarnya.

Contoh2 internet marketer yang berjaya seperti Larry Page dan Sergey Brin yang mencipta website google semasa mereka masih belajar di Stanford Universiti pada tahun 1998. Nilai website dan perniagaan internet marketing mereka pada tahun 2004 mencecah USD23 billion.

Mark Zuckerberg dan rakan2nya Eduardo Saverin, Dustin Moskovitz dan Chris Hughes, pelajar sains komputer university harvad membina laman web facebook pada tahun 2005. Bila website itu meletop pada Mac 2008 seseorang telah menawarkan USD750juta untuk membeli facebook, tetapi tidak dijual, lalu yahoo pada Sept 2006 menawarkan USD1 billion untuk memilikinya, pun tak jual. Sept 2007 Microsoft pula ingin membeli facebook dengan tawaran USD500juta dan 5% dari keuntungan syarikat, pun tak jual. Nov 2007 seorang pelabur Hong Kong melabur sebanyak USD80 billion di facebook. Dan baru2 ini Facebook telah bekerja sama dengan pencipta gmail dan bekas engineer google Paul Buchheit. Maka semakin tinggilah nilai website Facebook. Itu contoh internet marketer yang berjaya dalam sejarah internet.

Itulah golongan 1% yang saya perkatakan. Di gagasan Nusantara, contohnya di Malaysia, ramai juga yang berjaya tetapi sebahagiannya mereka tak berapa dikenali ramai, tapi mereka sudah mencapai objektif, dengan duduk dirumah, tak payah pergi kerja, duit masuk setiap hari, makin hari makin besar pendapatan mereka dan mereka ini buat dengan cara yang betul tanpa melanggar undang2.

Cara untuk menjadi internet markerter sebenar adalah mudah tapi tak senang. Bukan perlukan modal yang besar seperti menjual burger sekali pun perlukan dua tiga ribu, tetapi modal anda adalah masa yang sanggup diluangkan untuk belajar dan carilah guru yang betul.

Apa itu Internet Marketer????


Ramai yang menyangka mencari duit menggunakan internet adalah mudah, sebab banyak website mengatakan perniagaan internet mudah semudah a,b,c. Saya mengarang artikel ini bukan untuk menakutkan anda, tetapi untuk memberitahu perkara yang sebenarnya. Kerana AutoMLMAnda diujudkan untuk mendidik anda menjadi seorang internet marketer yang berjaya. Menjadi seseorang yang berjaya menjana pendapatan melalui internet dengan cara yang sah tanpa melanggar apa2 undang2 negara, dunia dan internet law.

Untuk pengetahuan azli, satu kajian mengatakan hampir 99% orang yang menceburi dunia perniagaan diinternet, kesudahannya samada rugi, atau balik modal atau untung sikit2 sahaja. Apa yang saya maksudkan disini adalah 99% orang yang cuba mencari pendapatan sampingan melalui internet biasanya menemui kegagalan. Perniagaan internet ini biasanya sesuatu yang menjanjikan pulangan yang besar dengan sistem networking dan juga modal yang sangat kecil tanpa perlu keluar rumah untuk mengembangkan perniagaan internet mereka. Hanya 1% sahaja yang benar2 berjaya dan mendapat pulangan yang sangat lumayan. Mereka ini kebiasaannya di panggil internet marketer (IM).

Tetapi hampir 100% orang yang sudah mempunyai perniagaan fizikal dan produk tertentu diluar sana, pasti mempunyai kelebihan jika mereka memiliki website. Contohnya sekiranya anda mempunyai perniagaan kicap, menjual kereta, insurance, sudah pasti dengan mempunyai website yang menerangkan segala produk anda, anda mempunyai banyak kelebihan daripada peniaga yang tidak mempunyai website. Ini tidak diketegorikan sebagai internet marketer. Mereka ini peniaga offline, bukan online. Bagi saya mereka inilah yang sangat2 memerlukan untuk memiliki website sendiri.

Bagi internet marketer, objektif mereka adalah untuk mendapat keuntungan yang besar dengan modal yang sangat kecil dan hanya dengan duduk dirumah. Ini sebenarnya bagi saya bukan perniagaan, tetapi satu cabang ilmu yang lebih tinggi dari PHd,  dari doktor. Kenapa tidak?

Kebanyak orang yang mempunyai degree, doktor, account cert., seperti lawyer, pensyarah, doktor, prof., mereka ini kesemuanya masih perlu pagi-pagi bangun dan pergi kerja. Setinggi mana awan, tentu ada langitnya. Setinggi mana jawatan tentu ada boss nya. Mereka masih perlu pergi kerja untuk dapatkan duit. Jadi objektif dan kelayakan untuk menjadi Internet Marketer, jauh lebih tinggi dari perkara tersebut.

Sebab itu ilmu internet marketer tidak terdapat dalam universiti. Sebab kalau pensyarah tu tahu bagaimana menjana pendapatan tanpa perlu keluar rumah dengan modal seciput, sudah tentu mereka pun mahu, sapa tak nak.

Internet Marketer adalah profession. Salah satu bidang "pekerjaan" untuk orang-orang yang terpilih sahaja. Orang yang mempunyai minat yang tinggi dan keinginan yang tinggi. Ia tidak mudah, lebih susah dari menjadi seorang doktor atau professor. Sebab itu hanya 1% sahaja yang boleh mancapai tahap real internet marketer.

Perniagaan melalui GDI


Membina jaringan perniagaan GDI adalah diibaratkan seperti anda membina seribu ekar ladang kelapa sawit. Cuba anda bayangkan yang anda sekarang sedang mempunyai seribu ekar ladang kelapa sawit yang sudah siap untuk dituai..

Hasilnya adalah diantara 3 ke 5 tan untuk setiap 10 ekar, katalah kita ambil purata 4 tan untuk setiap 10 ekar. Ini bermakna anda mempunyai 400 tan sekali tuai. Harga setan adalah antara RM200 ke RM800. Katalah kita ambil purata RM400 setan kemudian darabkan 400 tan. Ini bermakna anda mempunyai pendapatan kasar RM160,000 untuk sekali tuai. Katalah purata tuaian untuk sebulan adalah sebanyak 2 kali membawakan kepada pendapatan kasar adalah sebanyak RM320,000.00 sebulan.. Huh.. Banyak ke sikit..!!? Empat bulan dah melebihi RM1 juta. Itulah hakikatnya.

Tapi bagaimanakan untuk memilki ladang seluas ini..? Sudah pasti ianya mengambil masa untuk diusahakan iaitu antara 3 ke 5 tahun. Modal juga diperlukan untuk mengupah atau menggaji pekerja, beli anak benih, menyediakan tapak ladang serta peralatan membaja dan sebagainya. Jika saya mempunyai cukup wang bermakna saya boleh memiliki ladang kelapa sawit ini..? Ya.. Sudah pasti, tetapi jika anda ingin memulakannya sekarang bermakna lima tahun lagi baru anda boleh menikmati hasilnya.!! Tapi kalau anda bermula 5 tahun lagi, bermakna 10 tahun lagi baru anda boleh menikmati hasilnya...?

Jadi bilakah masa yang sesuai untuk memulakannnya..? Masa yang sesuai untuk memulakannya adalah lima tahun yang lepas ..!!! Atau SEKARANG, juga adalah masa yang sesuai....

Begitu juga dengan perniagaan GDI. Masa yang sesuai untuk melakukannya adalah lima tahun lepas. Sekarang anda sepatutnya menikmati hasilnya setiap bulan. Jika anda terlepas masa yang lalu, SEKARANG adalah masa yang sesuai. Sedikit perbezaan dengan ladang kelapa sawit ialah anda tidak perlu modal yang besar dan anda tidak perlu melakukannya secara sepenuh masa. Jika anda sedang bekerja makan gaji, anda boleh meneruskan pekerjaan anda dan melakukan perniagaan GDI secara part time dahulu.

Kawan saya yang tiada pengalaman langsung dalam perniagaan GDI, membina jaringan perniagaan GDI dua tahun setengah yang lalu, kini mendapat hasil antara RM20 ribu ke RM25 ribu sebulan. Sentiasa menunjukkan peningkatan setiap bulan.

Saya tidak faham kenapa ramai orang tidak boleh memahami yang perniagaan GDI ini sangat mudah dan ianya boleh dijalankan secara santai atau part time sahaja. Kita perlu meneruskannya secara ISTIQOMAH sambil anda menjalankan kehidupan seharian anda. Sekarang sudah berapa lama anda bekerja makan gaji..? Ada yang baru bermula, ada yang sudah 5 tahun, 10 tahun , 15 tahun, bahkan ada yang sudah 20 tahun. Berapa harta yang sudah anda kumpul..? Anda akan bersara sedikit masa lagi, agaknya berapakah pendapatan anda setelah bersara nanti..?

Alangkah bagusnya jika anda mengusahakan ladang GDI yang sudah pasti akan memberi hasil yang lumayan kepada anda disaat anda bersara nanti. Sepanjang 5 ke 20 tahun anda bekerja, anda sebenarnya seolah-olah sudah berjaya menyiapkan ladang kelapa sawit melebihi 1000 ekar. Pastikan anda menyertai syarikat MLM yang betul, tulin dan murni. BUKAN syarikat MLM "Money Games" yang bertopengkan MLM.

Berapa peratuskah hasil pendapatan anda adalah pasif? Jika anda bijak,
anda sudah mula untuk bertukar daripada aktif kepada pasif. Ini akan

Satu konsep kekayaan yang mesti anda faham jika

Pendapatan Aktif: Anda dibayar berdasarkan masa anda bekerja.
                 (Lebih 90% orang kerja makan gaji!)

Pendapatan Pasif: Anda kerja sekali tetapi dapat dibayar tanpa
                 henti! (Kurang 10% gunakan teknik ini!)

Rahsia kekayaan yang sebenar bukanlah terletak kepada berapa banyak
wang yang dimiliki tetapi kebebasan yang mereka miliki.

Mereka bebas untuk:

- menonton wayang & 'menginternet' di Starbucks ;)
- sarapan pagi & baca harian metro diwarung!
- bersantai dipantai tanpa gangguan!
- shopping tanpa perlu beratur!
- melihat anak-anak membesar!

Oleh kerana hasil pendapatan mereka banyaknya daripada pasif,
mereka mempunyai lebih masa terluang untuk digunakan.

Jika anda melihat konsep pendapatan pasif ini daripada kehidupan
orang disekeliling anda, banyak kumpulan yang tidak sekaya mana
seperti yang anda lihat. Doktor pakar dan doktor gigi tidak
mempunyai pendapatan pasif daripada hasil titik peluh mereka.

Potensi pendapatan mereka ada hadnya. Mereka hanya boleh berjumpa
sejumlah tertentu pesakit sahaja. Dan mereka juga mestilah berjumpa
dengan setiap pesakit tersebut. Ianya aktif.

Begitu juga dengan pegawai kerajaan, peguam atau jurujual. Kebanyakkan
daripada mereka tidak mempunyai pendapatan pasif. Mereka memang nampak
kaya, tetapi sebenarnya mereka tetap bergantung kepada gaji seperti
kebanyakkan daripada kita.

Perniagaan internet

Saya pasti ramai yang teringin nak buat perniagaan Internet ini. Namun, persoalan pokoknya, nak bisnes apa? Jangan risau. Saya juga tiada produk sendiri. Yang paling senang kita boleh jadi affiliate marketer. Kita jadi agent sesuatu syarikat dan promosikan produk mereka. Yang jelas, tiada income kalau tiada client. bekerja. Anda bekerja sejam dan mendapat bayaran untuk
sejam bekerja dan sampai disitu sahaja.

Pendapatan pasif ialah anda bekerja sekali sahaja tetapi
terus mendapat bayaran tanpa putus daripada kerja yang
tidak lagi anda lakukan.

Dengan membuat pelaburan atau mencipta aset sebenar yang
memberikan pendapatan pasif kepada anda adalah tiket untuk
anda menuju kekayaan.

Perbezaanya saya ringkaskan disini: Aset adalah sesuatu yang
masukkan duit kepoket anda. Hutang pula ialah sesuatu yang
keluarkan duit dari poket anda.

Aset : Wang masyuk
Liabiliti: Wang keluar

Ramai orang yang berfikir bahawa rumah, kereta dan harta
benda adalah aset mereka.

Tetapi, yang sebenarnya ialah hampir semuanya menyebabkan
anda keluarkan wang dari poket anda. Mereka MAHUKAN wang
daripada anda. Mereka tidak BERIKAN anda wang.

Oleh itu, daripada definisi diatas, semuanya itu adalah
liabiliti = hutang!

Bila anda mempunyai wang yang banyak MASUK daripada
aset yang sebenar daripada wang yang KELUAR untuk
membayar liabiliti, anda akan bebas dari segi kewangan.

Hanya terdapat satu cara untuk anda lakukannya. Dan ianya
membawa kita kepada...

these suggestions, you’ll have copy that leads the
reader to their pot of gold every time.

15 Proven Methods to Boost Your Sales copyright 2002 Terry Telford

If your sales are a little on the slow side, you need to polish your promotional skills and fire up the marketing
machine. This is the first of a two part article with a total of 30 tried, tested and proven techniques to kick your sales into high gear! Here are the first 15 techniques.

1. Use a PS and PSS after your signature. In the PS, summarize the key benefit. In the PSS restate the bonus or reason for ordering right now. Only your subject line is more important than your PS!

2. Vary your subject and medium. If you send out a monthly email promotion, vary the subject line. One month, your subject line could read 'Hi! It's Jake.' The next month it could read $1.99 special for the first hundred responses. With your 'Hi! It's Jake' subject line you could send an article with tips that will help your customers with common problems. Your '$1.99 special' could be a direct ad. By altering the format that you send, (article one time, ad the next) you will get more prospects past the subject line and into your email.

3. Mail your customers on a more frequent basis. If you send your customers a promotion once a month, double it. Send them a promotion every two weeks.

4. Use add-on sales. The best place to get an add-on sale is just before your prospect places their order. Include two buttons or links at the bottom of your order form, one for ordering just the product and one for ordering your product with an add-on. Here's a quick example. You are selling an ebook you have written called Marketing. Your add-on is a Lifetime upgrade.

a. At the bottom of the order form you include a text link that says 'Click here to order Marketing for only $19.95.'

b. Directly underneath, you place a second text link that says 'Click here to order Marketing, including your Lifetime Upgrades for only $29.95.

c. Place a short paragraph after the button, explaining all the benefits of ordering the Lifetime upgrades as well. After the paragraph, place the Lifetime Upgrades order link again.

5. Upsell to a better product. If you are offering free autoresponders, upsell your customers to a better version of your product. Quick example. You offer a free, quality autoresponder which sends a single message. If your customer upgrades to a 'Gold' autoresponder for only $2.95 per month,
they get an autoresponder which can send up to ten, time delayed messages.

6. Use current events to propel your sales. If the inflation figures have just risen again, offer an 'Inflation Buster' promo.

7. Offer additional products. After you have sold your main product (with an add-on) keep in contact with the customer and offer additional products. You can sell more add-ons or upgrades that compliment the original purchase, or completely new products.

8. Offer a payment plan. If you are selling a big ticket item, offer to split the payments into three or four easy
installments. Installments can be spread over weeks or months, depending on the size of the purchase.

9. Offer special promotions. Holidays like Christmas, Easter, and Valentine's Day are perfect for special promotions. Anniversaries and birthdays also give you a perfect excuse to contact your customers and offer them a special promotional deal.

10. Include a deadline. By including a deadline, customers are more inclined to make a purchase sooner. It is human nature to leave things to the last moment, so make sure your deadline falls within a short period of time after you send your offer.

11. Use incremental deadlines. If you run a monthly special, offer to include an extra bonus, plus a FREE gizmo and a lifetime upgrade if they order before the end of the first week. In the second week of the campaign, offer an extra bonus, plus a FREE gizmo, only if they order by the end of the week. In the third week, they get an extra bonus if they order by the end of the week. And the fourth week, they get
the product with no bonuses.

12. Use the take away approach. This works well in conjunction with the incremental deadline approach. Tell your customer that if they don't order today, they will miss out on the fabulous lifetime upgrade offer.

13. Make the purchase easy. Make it easy for customers to purchase from you by offering alternative methods of payment. Some people don't feel comfortable placing their credit card number online. Make sure you offer the option to pay by check. Include a printable fax/mail order form that they can print
out and send to you by snail mail or fax.

14. Give guarantees. Make sure your product comes with a 100%, no questions asked, lifetime, guarantee. People love to feel secure when ordering. If you stand behind your product 100%, you give your customers the security they need.

15. Sell to categories. If you find that your product is popular with accountants, try a promotional campaign
directed to this category of customers.

There are an unlimited number of techniques and tactics that you can experiment with to drive your sales through the roof. When you have success with a particular promotion, keep polishing and experimenting until it is worn out and then experiment with something new.

10 Ways To Make Your E-mails Grab Attention! by Larry Dotson

1. Use extra white space creatively in your subject line. You can add extra blank spaces between your
words or letters.

2. Combine capital letters with lower case letters. Use all capital letters in every other word or use a
capital letter between every other lower case letter.

3. Add text symbols in your subject line. You could use them between words and letters. Start and end
your subject with a text symbol. ( *, $, >,{,] )

4. Begin your subject line with the word "STOP!". People have been trained their whole life to stop
what they are doing when they see that word.

5. Ask people a question in your subject line. We all went to school and were repetitively branded to
answer questions.

6. Use the word "FREE" in your subject line. Your offer should be attractive to your target audience.
It could be free information, software, trials, etc.

7. Begin your subject line with an "online smile :)". People use smiles offline to gain people's attention
and to win their trust, why not use them online too.

8. Don't use unbelievable claims in your subject line. People have been or know someone who has been ripped off and have trained themselves to ignore those claims.

9. Don't use all capital letters in your subject line. It is hard to read, looks unprofessional, and on the
internet it's considered a symbol for shouting.

10. Test different subject lines to see which ones draw the most traffic to your web site. Also, read
the FAQ before posting a message or ad anywhere.

Panduan Menghadiri temuduga

Salam sejahtera,

Menghadiri temuduga kerja adalah perkara biasa bagi kalangan graduan lepasan ijazah, diploma,
lepasan SPM, mahupun golongan yang sudah pun bekerja.

Jika diketepikan soal politik, kabel, dan talian hayat, apakah faktor utama kepada kejayaan sesebuah
temuduga?

1. Kejayaan awal

Andaikan anda mendapat suatu panggilan temuduga bagi mengisi sesebuah jawatan kosong yang pernah
anda pohon suatu ketika dahulu di sesebuah organisasi.

Apa yang harus anda lakukan? Setkan dalam minda bahawa anda telah pun berjaya dalam peringkat
pertama mengejar karier. Jangan sesekali memandang rendah akan kuasa minda.

Minda yang dapat disetkan dengan baik mampu memberi kekuatan kepada keseluruhan perjalanan
temuduga yang akan dilalui ini.

Setkan bahawa :
Tanpa kejayaan anda di peringkat pertama ini, tidak mungkin akan wujud peringkat kedua.
Oleh itu, perjalanan mesti diteruskan.

2. Persiapan awal: Kajian

Sebaik mendapat surat temuduga, buat sedikit persiapan sebelum tiba tarikh temuduga.

Kaji latar belakang organisasi yang menawarkan temuduga jawatan kosong kepada anda.
Apakah urusan utama organisasi tersebut, berapa lama ditubuhkan, saiz organisasi, kaitan organisasi
dengan anda, dan sebagainya.

Buat kajian terperinci tentang jawatan yang ditawarkan. Kenapa jawatan itu diwujudkan, peranan utama
jawatan, pengetahuan yang perlu ada untuk mengisi jawatan tersebut, dan mengapa anda rasa anda
diperlukan untuk mengisi jawatan tersebut.

Kalau dapat, lihat berapa banyak kerusi yang ditawarkan untuk jawatan tersebut,
serta berapa ramai calon yang dipanggil untuk temuduga jawatan tersebut.

Kaji juga sejauh mana anda sendiri memerlukan jawatan mahu pun organisasi tersebut.
Sejauh mana ia bersesuaian dengan kelulusan anda, dan sejauh mana kelulusan anda bersesuaian
dengan jawatan tersebut.

Sekiranya anda berasa selesa setelah menjalani kajian-kajian di atas, besarlah harapan anda untuk berjaya
dalam temuduga itu nanti.

Sebaliknya jika anda rasa kurang selesa, cuba cari tawaran lain dan lupakan temuduga tersebut,
melainkan anda memang terdesak untuk meneruskan kehidupan anda sehari hari.

3. Persiapan sebelum temuduga

Pada hari temuduga, bangun awal. Banyak perkara yang harus anda lakukan sebelum pergi ke tempat
temuduga, dengan tenang dan tidak gopoh gapah.

Sebelum solat subuh, lakukan solat sunat hajat (lepas subuh tak boleh, masa tu tak boleh solat sunat dah).
Minta supaya dipermudahkan urusan temuduga anda pada hari tersebut.

4. Tali leher bagi lelaki adalah wajib

Selepas mandi (jangan tak mandi pula), bagi lelaki, wajib memakai baju kemeja lengan panjang lengkap
dengan tali leher, tidak kira bagi jawatan apa sekalipun. Bagi perempuan, kenakan pakaian yang sopan
dan semestinya menutup aurat.

5. No perfume, please!

Elakkan memakai bau-bauan atau sebarang perkara yang bermaksud untuk berwangi-wangian.
Selain berdosa (bagi perempuan), bau-bauan ini boleh mengakibatkan markah anda ditolak seandainya
penemuduga terhidu perfume anda sewaktu proses temuduga dijalankan.

6. Dapatkan gambaran isu semasa

Para remaja biasanya kurang berminat untuk mengetahui isu semasa, terutama bab politik dan ekonomi.
Kerana ianya membosankan dan tidak seseronok tabloid Metro Harian.

Namun, untuk hari temuduga, korbankan sedikit ketidakselesaan itu. Selepas bersarapan ala kadar,
ambil masa baca suratkhabar atau dengar radio. Paling baik kalau dapat tonton dengan Buletin Pagi di
TV3, sambil sarapan pun boleh dengar.

Kalau tak dapat tonton TV, baca suratkhabar utama seperti Berita Harian, Utusan, New Straits Times,
The Star, dan sebagainya.

Baca topik-topik semasa, politik, ekonomi, dan isu-isu kerajaan serta berita yang mempunyai kaitan dengan
jawatan anda jika ada.

Penemuduga biasanya berminat dengan calon yang mempunyai kepekaan dan keprihatinan terhadap
persekitaran hidup masyarakat keseluruhan, terutama dari segi fizikal, sosial, ekonomi, pentadbiran serta
politik.

7. Melangkah ke lokasi temuduga

Sebelum meninggalkan rumah, pastikan anda membawa bersama surat panggilan temuduga serta
dokumen-dokumen yang diisyaratkan dalam surat panggilan temuduga.

Buatkan satu check-list ringkas supaya tiada yang tertinggal melainkan tapak kaki.

Pastikan anda tiba sebelum masa yang ditetapkan. Aspek masa amat dititikberatkan dalam sesebuah
program temuduga.

Do a search on Altavista or Yahoo for Contests, Sweepstakes and Free Stuff. E-mail the webmaster if there isn't a form to fill out on the site. Because free offers need to be updated often this is a database that constantly needs new listings.

6) You can get free offline publicity for your website by using press releases and announcements. Check your newspaper and find "Community News," "New Products," "Local Announcements" and other areas that might list your contest information.

Remember that giving something away for free is a powerful traffic generator as well as a way to have your visitors gain trust in you. Offer something of substance and your customer base will build significantly, as will the confidence in your services.

Rahsia Kekayaan #1: Punca Duit Meledak DiBongkar!

Anda pernah buat kesilapan ini?

Anda membeli kereta baru, rumah baru atau TV plasma
baru dan menggunakan duit gaji anda untuk membayarnya?

Jika YA, anda telah membuat kesilapan besar...

Tetapi jangan risau, kerana hampir 95% orang lain juga

Saya telah menggunakan teknik rahsia ini setelah saya membaca
buku bestseller, Robert Koyasaki \"Rich Dad Poor Dad\".

Dalam buku tersebut Robert menceritakan satu hari seorang broker
kereta menelefon dan berkata yang kereta idaman beliau,
Porsche edisi terbaru baru sahaja tiba dan mengajak beliau melihatnya.

Robert yang memang mengidamkan kereta Porsche terpegun
melihatnya dan tanpa berfikir dua kali terus membeli kereta Porsche
ini secara hutang. Beliau terus memberi deposit dan membuat pinjaman
selama 5 tahun. Ya, beliau sudah pun menjadi jutawan tetapi
tetap mahu berhutang! Macam mana tu... ok, biar saya terangkan.

5 tahun. Kemudian apa yang beliau lakukan ialah mencari
satu projek hartanah dan menyewakannya. Duit sewa dari
projek hartanah tersebut digunakan untuk membayar sewa
bulanan kereta Porsche. Secara logiknya, bukankah beliau
membeli kereta ini secara percuma?

Dan baru-baru ini saya berminat dengan satu laptop HP. Sebelum
ini saya menggunakan desktop HP tetapi anak saya, Allyssa
asyik membebel hendakkan komputer untuk bermain games.

Jadi apa yang saya lakukan ialah saya menulis satu email
ringkas dalam masa 10 minit dan hantarkan kepada list saya.
Dalam masa seminggu, saya lihat RM3200 dalam akaun bank
dan tanpa membuang masa saya terus membeli laptop HP.

Konsep jutawan yang ingin saya jelaskan disini ialah jika anda
mahu membeli sesuatu yang mahal harganya, anda perlu memikirkan
satu cara untuk membayar ansuran bulanan tanpa perlu mengeluarkan
duit kocek anda sendiri.

Ingat duit yang masuk kekocek anda ialah aset, dan duit yang keluar
dari kocek anda ialah hutang! Jika anda pelik mengapa anda masih
lagi tidak hidup senang, inilah punca sebenarnya. Bukannya gaji anda
kecik, anda sudah 10 tahun tak promote, boss anda kedekut, isteri anda
habiskan duit anda atau apa juga alasannya.

Sebenarnya punca mengapa sesorang tidak hidup senang ialah mereka
menggunakan duit gaji setiap bulan untuk membayar kereta, minyak kereta,
rumah, bil astro, susu anak.. semuanya. Sebab itulah setiap hujung bulan
akaun bank anda semakin berkurangan. :-(

Jadi apa yang perlu anda lakukan?

Cari punca pendapatan baru! Jangan hanya bergantung kepada satu
punca pendapatan sahaja. Jika satu punca pendapatan bermasalah,
anda mempunyai cabang duit lain yang boleh membantu.

Banyak punca pendapatan yang boleh anda fikirkan. Antaranya ialah
internet, gayapos, mlm (meniaga larut malam?), ejen insuran, pasar malam
dan  banyak lagi yang boleh anda fikirkan. Cari sesuatu yang sesuai dengan
jiwa anda dan impian hidup anda.

  Konsep kekayaan ini nampak mudah tetapi impaknya akan
membuatkan anda melarat seumur hidup atau anda bakal bergelar seorang
jutawan satu hari nanti. Buka minda anda dan cuba fahamkan.

How To Make Affiliate Commissions The Easy Way By Charles Neshah

Affiliate marketing is supposedly an easy way to make money online, even without a website. As an affiliate marketer you need not handle customers or refunds, nor develop your own product and keep stock. Affiliate marketing can be the fastest way to begin making money online, but you must first find a profitable niche through keyword research to make any money. Below are the ways I make money as an affiliate - read and do the same and make money.
I do not promote products that do not pay high commissions. I mostly affiliate with vendors at ClickBank where there are digital products that pay between 25 and 75 percent commissions. ClickBank is not the only affiliate program site out there but I use it because I find it easy to locate converting products there. Pick products to promote based on gravity. A gravity of 130 and above means that other affiliates are making substantial sales with that product.
There are thousands of affiliate programs online, but not all of them live up to their promise to pay commissions on time. Some do not even pay at all. Therefore ensure that which ever program you choose already has satisfactory members who a collecting their commissions without fail, and on time, too.
Since you are not the only one selling the product you choose, you have to make effort to build a list of visitors who would become acquainted with you. Provide them with useful information through free reports or short ebooks. Informative short reports that are related to the product you are marketing will surely distinguish you from others who are selling the same product.
Such reports are irresistible bets for your readers. Use your free report or ebook to provide your prospects with informed knowledge of the product, but do not try to sell to them. Let the sales page of the product do the selling. Just prepare your visitors to head over their with a buying mindset.
Build your list by collecting your visitors email addresses before they download your free ebooks or free reports by filling up your squeeze page form. This will enable you to keep reminding them of the benefits of the product if they failed to buy during their first contact with your site or squeeze page. You need to send out as many as six different messages via your auto responder before some people may decide to buy. Each of those messages should contain your affiliate link.
People like free gifts so find what you can offer them for free in return for their contact information such as email addresses. Do not just send them to the vendor's website. If you do so and they fail to buy the first time they go their, you may have lost them forever.
Having said all that, the most important thing is how do you get people to visit your site? It is by basing your content on well researched keywords, which people are already using to search for the product your are marketing.
